York General Hospital, a part of York General Health Care Services, delivers exceptional medical care in its 25-bed acute care facility with all private rooms.

Meadowlark Assisted Living - 406 Meadow View Drive - provides the extra care you need while allowing you to live as independently as you want. Staff is available 24 hours daily and can assist you with daily living activities, as well as medication administration, scheduling doctor appointments, and more.

The Hearthstone - 2600 N. Lincoln Avenue - is a state-of-the-art skilled nursing home built in 2003 and has a capacity of 129. It provides residents with the personal and medical care they need in a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. Highly skilled nurses, who are experts in geriatric and cognitive impairment care, are available 24 hours a day to meet each resident's specific needs.

York Medical Clinic - 2114 N. Lincoln Avenue

The Medical Clinic is a physician owned, full-service family practice clinic that has been serving the area since 1965. It has its own high-complex laboratory, as well as x-ray and ultrasound capabilities. The clinic is staffed with seven family practice physicians, three physician assistants and one certified diabetic educator. The York Medical Clinic is located in a newly constructed facility that opened in April 2005 and which is attached to the York General Hospital.

Mahoney House - 1810 E. 12th Street

The Mahoney House is an assisted living facility in York, and Tabitha Health Care provides hospice care in the community. Home health care is also available from a number of entities.

Four Corners Health Department - 2101 N. Nebraska Avenue

Four Corners Health Department, a four-county entity, is located in York. The health department serves the area in a multitude of ways - providing information regarding public health through seminars, publications, inhouse visits, and a number of services within their service area.
