Adopt A Park Any organization or family is welcome to participate in the City of York Adopt A Park program. The community-minded program is a great way to get involved in the perservation and/or improvement of our parks. Some groups may only do litter pickup, others plant trees or annual flowers, and others may get involved in more ambitious projects for the parks. Youth organizations and service clubs find this a good outside activity for their members.
